Association Membership Meetings
All monthly Board meetings are held in person (when possible) or via Zoom. The in-person meeting location is generally held at 28 Niagara Shore Drive, but can change month-to-month; in nicer weather we like to meet outside! Start time is 2:00 p.m., except as noted below; times are also subject to change pending Board Member availability.
Members are welcome to attend a Board meeting if there is an agenda item they would like to discuss with us. Please contact our Property Manager, Joe Urbanczyk of Fairwood Management, at jurbanczyk@aol.com, at least one week in advance to be placed on the agenda, and for the most current meeting location/start time.
The Spring Informational Meeting will be Monday, June 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
The Annual Membership Meeting will be Monday, October 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
Pertinent meeting information packets will be mailed in the week preceding both meetings.
